• Our inventory includes OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and aftermarket engine parts for a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Product specifications, descriptions and compatibility information are provided for reference. Customers must verify compatibility before purchase.

Orders can be placed online or directly at our physical store locations. When you place an order, you must:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

When we may cancel or refuse an order

• Products are out of stock.
• A pricing or description error has occurred.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

Payment terms

• Full payment must be made before processing, using accepted methods such as credit and debit cards, bank transfers and approved financing options.
• The price payable is as set out on our website at the time you place your order, plus any delivery charges advised to you. All prices include the current applicable VAT rate.
• Prices are subject to fluctuation based on market conditions, and promotional discounts may apply periodically.
• All transactions are processed securely, and Torque Engine Parts does not store sensitive financial details.
• Payments must be fully cleared before orders are processed and shipped.
• Any failed or declined transaction may require reattempting payment or choosing an alternative method.

• Domestic and international shipping options are available. Delivery times depend on location, stock availability and the shipping method chosen.
• Taxes, duties and shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location.
• We aim to deliver goods in accordance with your order, usually within the stated delivery time.
• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day; orders after 3:00 PM are dispatched the next day, subject to product availability.
• We offer next day delivery across the UK on all orders placed before 3:00 PM. Estimated shipping time varies based on destination.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is correct. Torque Engine Parts is not liable for lost shipments caused by incorrect details.

Unforeseen delays

While we aim to dispatch goods promptly, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including courier delays, strikes or weather disruptions.

Return claims

• If you believe your product is defective within the returns period, contact our customer service team for assistance.
• Depending on the nature of the defect, we may provide a repair, replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.
• Returns and exchanges are permitted within 14 days of purchase, as stated in our Returns Policy.

Information we may request

• Proof of purchase — the original invoice or receipt.
• Issue description — a detailed explanation of the problem with the part.
• Visual evidence — high-resolution photos clearly showing the defective part and any visible faults.

All returned items must be identical to those originally supplied, unused and in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Refunds for unwanted returns may be denied or only partially processed if items are not returned in their original state.

“Original condition” means

• Completely unused.
• No stickers, labels or markings affixed to the branded box.
• All packaging remains as new, with any original seals intact.
• No visible marks or signs indicating an attempted installation.

Damaged goods

If your order arrives with visible damage, please do not accept the delivery — this ensures the goods are immediately returned to us. In such cases, notify us as soon as possible at sales@torqueengineparts.co.uk.

If you only discover the damage after opening the package, contact our customer service team immediately after delivery. Provide your order number and details of the issue so we can guide you through the next steps. For further information, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Change of mind

• A 25% handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Shipping costs and any associated customs charges are entirely the customer’s responsibility, as stated in our Returns Policy.

Customer information collected during transactions is kept confidential and used only for order fulfilment, customer support and service improvements, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Torque Engine Parts does not share, sell or disclose customer data to third parties without consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Our liability is strictly limited to either a refund or a replacement of the defective part. We do not accept responsibility for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business disruption or property damage.

This document constitutes a binding agreement between you, the Buyer, and Torque Engine Parts Ltd. By purchasing goods from us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms and conditions specified above. It is important to review and understand your responsibilities under these terms.

Torque Engine Parts Ltd reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Continued purchases imply acceptance of the latest version of these Terms & Conditions, and changes will be communicated accordingly.
